PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus capable of securing particle uniformity in a coated film.SOLUTION: The coating apparatus, which coats a varnish including particles and a thermoset resin, comprises: a static mixer for stirring the varnish and a nozzle 5 provided on the downstream side of the static mixer in the discharging direction. The nozzle 5 is provided with a manifold 21 for spreading the varnish, which is stirred to be discharged by the static mixer, in the lateral direction. An enlargement portion 33, whose lateral length gradually becomes longer toward the downstream side in the discharging direction thereof, is provided in the manifold 21. A discharge port of the nozzle 5 faces the lower side. The viscosity of the vanish measured with an E type cone is 1,000 mPa s or more and 1,000,000 mPa s or less at 25°C and 1 atm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
