PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program or the like, capable of analyzing an effect of a user's psychology transit to a promotion site, on the basis of comment sentences which are transmitted from the user.SOLUTION: A computer functions, as: psychological state determination means for outputting a psychological state of a psychological keyword to a comment sentence for every contributor; score storage means for storing a score of each psychological state for every site address; and score update means for increasing the score of the psychological state of a reference comment sentence including a site address, when the psychological state has changed between the reference comment sentence and one or more earlier comment sentences which have been written in the past before the reference comment sentence, and/or, increasing the score of the psychological state of a corresponding later comment sentence, when the psychological state has changed between the reference comment sentence and one or more later comment sentences which are written in the future after the reference comment sentence, by instructing the score storage means, for recognizing transit to the psychological state to which the site address contributes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
