PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument and an intraocular lens insertion system capable of suitably bending an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens insertion instrument 10 inserts an intraocular lens, which comprises an optical part and one or more support parts extending outward from the periphery of the optical part, into an eye. The intraocular lens insertion instrument 10 comprises: an installation part 130 in which the intraocular lens is installed; a moving part for moving the support part in a direction approaching the optical part by deforming the support part placed on the installation part; and a deformation suppression part for suppressing the deformation of at least a portion of the support part deformed by the moving part. The moving part includes a linear moving part for pushing the support part by moving linearly along a push-out shaft. The deformation suppression part suppresses the deformation of the support part, which is pushed by the linear moving part, in a direction away from the push-out shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
