Provided is an apparatus management device that can be used in an energy exchange market and that can achieve a highly reliable baseline. An actual power value storage unit (35a) stores information on actual values for the power consumption of equipment by time segment of a first specified day. A DR control execution-history storage unit (35b) stores DR control execution-history information that indicates, for each of the time segments for the actual values stored in the actual power value storage unit (35a), whether DR control was performed for the equipment on the basis of information on requests for DR control and/or information on the cost of power consumption. A virtual power value computation unit (36a) uses the information on the actual values for the first specified day to compute, as a substitute for the actual values for time segments in which DR control was performed and that are stored in the DR control execution-history storage unit (35b) or for periods of time that include said time segments and that are affected by DR control, a complementary value for the power consumption of the equipment as if DR control had not been performed. |
