The present invention addresses the problem of providing ozone water having improved storage stability, and a method for producing said ozone water. As a means for solving this problem, the present invention provides ozone water that is obtained by dissolving 0.1 µm to 1mM of an organic iron compound and 1-300 mM of an inorganic salt into water in which ozone microbubbles have been generated using an ozone gas at a concentration of 1-300 g/Nm3. The half-life of the ozone in this ozone water is three days or more when filled, for example, into a sealed container at atmospheric pressure and stored in 40 °C temperature conditions. |
