PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material having excellent non-adsorptive properties and having a sealant layer having excellent heat sealability, and to provide a paper container comprising the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a packaging material comprising a paper base material layer, an adhesive layer for a dry laminate and a sealant layer which is adjacently laminated on the adhesive layer for a dry laminate, wherein the sealant layer includes a reinforcement layer adjacent to the adhesive layer for a dry laminate, a linear low-density polyethylene resin layer and a cyclic polyolefin resin layer which are provided in this order and the reinforcement layer comprises a polyethylene resin; and a paper container comprising the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
