Provided are a touch display panel and control method thereof, and a touch display device. The touch display panel comprises at least one first electrode insulated from a touch sensing electrode disposed at the same layer as the first electrode; the first electrode is used to be conductive with a first signal input end at display stage to release electrostatic charge in the first electrode, and to be conductive with a second signal input end at touch stage so that the resistance value of the first electrode at touch stage is high impedance.
