PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of conductive particles and a tab line and an electrode regardless of performance of a binder.SOLUTION: A solar cell module comprises a plurality of solar cells 2, and a tab line 3 bonded onto electrodes 11 and 13 formed, respectively, on a front surface of the solar cell 2 and a back surface of an adjoining solar cell 2 through a thermosetting conductive adhesive 17 containing conductive particles, and interconnecting the plurality of solar cells 2. The conductive adhesive 17 contains solder particles 23 having a multilayer structure consisting of at least an inner layer 24 and an outer layer 25, and a melting point of solder composing the inner layer 24 is higher than a melting point of solder composing the outer layer 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
