The present invention relates to a transparent tourniquet which has a predetermined thickness and presses a hemostasis part to stop bleeding, and more particularly, to a transparent tourniquet, which is made of a transparent material having excellent frictional force, which has one surface serving as a pressure surface and coated with a hemostatic agent, and which has a small and simple shape, and the other surface that is pressed by a hand and has a larger area than the one surface serving as the blood vessel pressure surface. Therefore, the transparent tourniquet can efficiently press, by the hemostatic agent coated on the one surface, the hemostasis part to stop the bleeding, and can more efficiently stop the bleeding, when the transparent tourniquet has a hemostatic agent filling groove, which is filled with gauze or styptic cotton, on the one surface thereof which serves as the pressure surface.
