The invention relates to a device for near-field radiofrequency communication (D') with a portable element, said device comprising: • at least one primary near-field communication antenna (A0) having a predetermined communication frequency (Fc), • a microcontroller (30') linked electrically to said primary antenna, comprising a source for supplying current to said first primary antenna and a receiving unit for data (20') received by said primary antenna. According to the invention, the communication device furthermore comprises: • at least one passive relay antenna (A1...A8) : - juxtaposed to said primary antenna, - of relay frequency (F1...F8) lying in a span of values around the predetermined communication frequency (Fc), and different from the communication frequency (Fc), - linked electrically to the data receiving unit, and • means (C4) for adjusting the relay frequency. The communication device according to the invention makes it possible to widen the area of near-field communication of the communication device. |
