The anti-moiré member includes a first layer disposed to face the PCB and having a first foil with a randomized pattern surface. The first distance (d) equals L/(2*tan (α)). The second distance (L) is a shortest distance between two adjacent light emitting members. Each of the array of light emitting members has a radiation angle α.
