Provided is a flame-retardant resin composition that includes 1-100 parts by weight of an organophosphorus compound (B component) represented by formula (1) in relation to 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin (A component), and has high flame retardancy and heat resistance, and good physical properties. Formula (1) (In the formula, X1 and X2 are the same or different, and are aromatic substituted alkyl groups represented by formula (2).)
