Provided are an acoustical signal processing method and device of a communication device. The method comprises: acquiring a relationship between a volume of a first acoustical signal collected by a main microphone and a volume of a second acoustical signal collected by an auxiliary microphone by means of comparison, and determining an acoustical signal processing strategy; and according to the acoustical signal processing strategy, determining an acoustical signal sent to a communication peer, wherein the acoustical signal processing strategy is used for guaranteeing that the volume of the acoustical signal sent to the communication peer exceeds a pre-set volume threshold value. By adopting the acoustical signal processing strategy mentioned above, the problem that the voice volume heard by a user of a communication peer is low and even silent in a communication process is solved.
