The invention relates to an oxygen sensor (14) for sensing the oxygen content in the intake tract (7) of an internal combustion engine (1), comprising a sensor element (22), a housing (23), on or in which the sensor element (22) is arranged, and an oxygen sensor connector (17), by means of which an electrical connection to an engine control unit can be established, wherein additionally a pressure sensor (12) is formed in the housing (23) of the oxygen sensor (14). In order to specify an oxygen sensor in the case of which the part variation of the dependency of the raw signals on the pressure can be compensated, the pressure sensor in the oxygen sensor has at least one data carrier, which contains sensor data which are specific to the particular oxygen sensor and which result from the part variation. |
