The invention relates to a suspension comprising: - a tubular torsion bar; - a connected suspension member (22) comprising a bore (26) wherein a tubular axial end section (12) of the bar (10) extends; - a first adhesive layer (34) inserted between the end section (12) of the torsion bar (10) and the bore (26); - a connecting ring (40) that extends into the tubular end section (12) of the torsion bar (10); - a second adhesive attachment layer (54) radially inserted between a wall (16) of the axial end section (12) and a wall opposite the connecting ring (40); and - a complementary collar (62) that has an L-shaped cross-section, is connected to an axial end (46) of the connecting ring (40), and has an annular circular edge that ensures radial centering of the end section (12) of the torsion bar (10).
