PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a display device, which accompanies an electrostatic capacitance coupling method touch panel that uses a transparent conductive film containing a metal nanowire as a transparent electrode, as an input device, that exposure to radiation of the sun's light degrades reliability in electric characteristics as an electronic component when it is used outdoors.SOLUTION: In a display device including a touch panel input device, having a structure in which a touch panel substrate is laminated with an upper surface of the display device, a light transmitting layer which allows visible light of a wavelength 430 nm or longer to transmit is provided on an upper surface side of the touch panel substrate, otherwise, on an upper surface side and a lower surface side of the touch panel, so that optical incidence of wavelength range affecting on a metal nanowire conductive film is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
