PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension-support type sliding door device and a locking device thereof, capable of surely locking a door body slidably suspended-supported along a guide rail more than usual.SOLUTION: A suspension-support type sliding door device comprises a guide rail installed on a wall member and extended in an upper part of a doorway, a door body slidably suspended-supported along the guide rail and opening-closing the doorway and a locking device for locking the door body. The locking device comprises an operation part provided in the wall member or the door body and switchably operated between a locking position and an unlocking position, a lock body part arranged on one side of the guide rail and the door body, that is, the lock body part having a locking member for interlocking with operation of the operation part and an engaging part arranged on the other side. The locking member regulates slide movement of the door body by engaging with the engaging part when the operation part is in the locking position, and allows the slide movement of the door body by releasing engagement with the engaging part when the operation part is in the unlocking position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
