PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an abnormal state that cannot be grasped only by a conventional measurement device.SOLUTION: A power measurement device includes: a measurement unit that obtains information on secondary-side power fed from a power feeding device through a power transmission path; an information acquisition unit that performs information communication with the power feeding device; and a determination unit that compares output power information of the power feeding device which is obtained by the information acquisition unit and the secondary-side power information which is obtained by the measurement unit, so as to determine whether or not the impedance of the power transmission path exceeds a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
