Disclosed is a molten iron dephosphorizing method. One aspect of the present invention provides a molten iron dephosphorizing method comprising the steps of: inputting, into a converter, quicklime and converter slag containing calcium oxide (CaO) and silica dioxide (SiO2); charging molten iron into the converter; blowing oxygen into the converter to thus dephosphorize and blow-refine the molten iron; and tapping, from the converter, the molten iron of which dephosphorization and blow-refining have been completed.
