A spray bottle cap (1), comprising a basic cap body (100), a pressing head (300) and a protective cap (200). The inner wall of the basic cap body (100) is provided with a first limiting convex rib (142) and a first recessed guide groove (143) passing through the first limiting convex rib (142). The pressing head (300) is connected to the upper end of the basic cap body (100), and comprises a liquid outlet shaft (322), a pressing handle (313), and a connecting part (330); an outer thread (322a) is disposed on the liquid outlet shaft (322); a first limiting flange (321a) and protruding parts (321b, 316) are disposed on the lower end of the connecting part (330); an anti-counter clockwise catch main body (311) is disposed on the pressing handle (313); the first limiting flange (321a) is arranged below the first limiting convex rib (142); and the protruding parts (321b, 316) slide up and down the first recessed guide groove (143) and are supported on the upper end of the basic cap body (100). The protective cap (200) covers the outside of the liquid outlet shaft (322), and the lower end thereof is a two-layered structure, the inner layer (220) thereof being provided with an inner thread (221) matching the outer thread (322a) of the liquid outlet shaft, and the bottom end of the outer layer (210) thereof being provided with an anti-counter clockwise catch sub-body (211) matching the anti-clockwise catch main body (311). Also provided is a spray bottle, comprising a bottle body (2) and an atomiser (3), the opening of the bottle body (2) being connected to the spray bottle cap (1). The provided spray bottle cap and spray bottle are safe and operation thereof is convenient and labour-saving. |
