A data transmission method and a user equipment. The method comprises: determining the quantities of times of transmitting a data packet in one transmission period, the quantities of times of transmission at least comprising N1 and N2; N2 being determined according to m1, m2 and N1, m1 and m2 being the quantities of available resources occupied in one time transmission in the N1 times of transmission and the N2 times of transmission respectively, and the N1, N2, m1 and m2 being integers greater than 0; and transmitting the data packet according to the quantities of times of transmission in one transmission period. |
