PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resistance element capable of detecting a magnetic field at high sensitivity.SOLUTION: A magnetic resistance element including a magnetization fixed layer and a free layer in which magnetization is changed is provided. The magnetization fixed layer and the free layer form a junction part including an intermediate layer, and the junction part includes a first junction part and a second junction part. Out of the magnetization fixed layer and the free layer, one layer is separated between the first junction part and the second junction part, the other layer is common between the first junction part and the second junction part, one layer of the first junction part is arranged on one end in a longitudinal direction of the other layer, and one layer of the second junction part is arranged on the other end in the longitudinal direction of the other layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
