PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep control system capable of increasing a body temperature in a proper time zone to obtain a comfortable wake-up state.SOLUTION: A sleep control system 1 is provided with: a hyperthermia part that comes in contact with a human body to heat the human body; and a control part 3 that controls the heating action of the hyperthermia part, the hyperthermia part performing heating at 36 to 41°C during a period from a heating start time, which is 90 to 150 minutes before a wake-up scheduled time, to the wake-up scheduled time, and not performing heating at a temperature higher than 33°C during a period from after sleeping or after a lapse of a certain time after the sleeping to the heating start time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
