PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic protection circuit suppressing malfunction and being capable of sufficiently discharging an ESD surge.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrostatic protection circuit comprising: a first trigger circuit having a first time constant and outputting a first trigger signal in response to a voltage applied between a first power supply line and a second power supply line; a second trigger circuit having a second time constant greater than the first time constant and outputting a second trigger signal in response to the voltage applied between the first power supply line and the second power supply line; a holding circuit brought into a holding state in response to the first trigger signal; a reset circuit resetting the holding state of the holding circuit in response to the second trigger signal; and a shunt circuit being connected between the first power supply line and the second power supply line and being subjected to ON/OFF control by a signal from the holding circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
