The present invention makes it possible to achieve culturing where sterile conditions are maintained during culturing, and to prevent damage to a closed-system culture vessel or negative effects on cells due to impacts or vibrations during transportation after production. A closed-system culture vessel 101 has culture spaces enclosed by culture vessels 201, 202 for retaining cells and/or a medium, retention members 203, 204 that retain the culture vessels, and the like. The retention members have semi-open cavities 221 that are independent of the culture spaces. The retention members are provided with a cover fixation ring 220 surrounding a connector section 214; due to this configuration, damage will not occur even if there is an impact during transportation. |
