Disclosed are an audio multi-carrier modulation and demodulation apparatus and a system. The audio multi-carrier modulation and demodulation apparatus comprises: an audio input module, an audio output module and a main control module, the main control module being connected to the audio input module and the audio output module respectively, wherein the audio input module comprises an analogue input module and at least one path of a demodulation module, the demodulation module comprises an IIR filter module used for completing multi-carrier filtering and filtering out data in a non-frequency band and a PSK demodulation mechanism module used for realising a PSK demodulation mechanism. By means of the method above, the present invention can improve a transmission rate and promote compatibility. |
