The present invention relates to a stepper pedal to which a mat is adhered, capable of: feeling soft by having an improved pedal structure for a stepper used for exercise such as going up and down the stairs, enabling exercise to be performed indoors, therethrough, without wearing sports shoes and being bare foot, and protecting the joints, the waist and the ankles and simultaneously obtaining fatigue recovery and acupressure effects. The present invention relates to a pedal (100) of a stepper (10) on which the foot is to be placed, and a soft-feeling mat (200) is adhered to the upper part of the pedal (100). |
