The present invention can be conveniently used for the existing gymnastic facility. First and second fixing grooves are formed on first and wing units on the left and right sides of a main body of the used device, respectively, by being tied and fixated on the circumference of a supporting member (horizontal bar). First and second protrusion members are hung and fixated on the first and second fixing grooves. The main body and an elastic member are fixated by inserting a fixing pin in a penetration hole of the main body and a coupling hole equipped on the terminal end of the elastic member, after being equipped with a screw unit inside the main body and inserting the elastic member guided along the screw unit. In inner insertion tube is inserted in the center of the elastic member. A coupling band for coupling a ball is tied and fixated by inserting a connection string formed in the center of the inner insertion tube. The other side of the connection string is tied and fixated on the circumference of the supporting member by being hung on each of the protrusion holes formed on the upper part and the lower part of the main body and being escaped from the same. |
