The present invention relates to a casting mold apparatus for forming a piston capable of easily discharging a formed material which forms a comb teeth-shaped recess on one side or both sides of a branching passage of a side mold when simultaneously cast-forming two pistons by a single mold assembly to easily separate and discharge a half-finished formed material of the pistons which is cast-formed from the side mold, separates the pistons from the half-finished formed material using a machining center, MCT, computer-aided processing, CNC, a lathe, etc. and performs a finishing process on the pistons to improve precision of the pistons. According to the present invention, the casting mold apparatus for forming a piston comprises: a molten metal injection unit; a branching passage connected to the molten metal injection unit; and a side mold comprising a both-side forming space unit connected to both sides of the branching passage to form an outer surface of a piston. A comb teeth-shaped recess is formed on one side or both sides of the branching passage. |
