PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating valve which achieves good cleaning efficiency.SOLUTION: A pressure regulating valve includes: a primary chamber into which a liquid flows; a secondary chamber 62a provided with a cutout part 74a; a diaphragm which covers one surface of the secondary chamber 62a and displaces according to an internal pressure of the secondary chamber 62a; a communication passage 63a which allows the primary chamber and the secondary chamber 62a to communicate with each other; and a valve body 64a which opens and closes the communication passage 63a according to displacement of the diaphragm.
