PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable temperature control with fine resolution based on a detection value of room temperature by a high-precision room temperature sensor, not using an air conditioner of special specifications, but using an air conditioner of standard specifications.SOLUTION: In a PLC 5, an indoor temperature T (in units of 0.1°C) of a control object space 1 from an indoor temperature sensor 3 is obtained as an indoor measurement temperature T in a control object space, a preset temperature SP (in units of 0.1°C) from a user setting terminal 4 is obtained as an indoor preset temperature SP in the control object space, and an indoor temperature T(in units of 1°C) from a built-in temperature sensor 2-3 is obtained as an indoor preset temperature Tin an air conditioner.
