PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm molding method for an Al-Mg-Si based alloy rolled sheet capable of obtaining a molded part having high strength as the whole or a molded part having an optimum strength distribution.SOLUTION: Provided is a warm molding method for an Al-Mg-Si based alloy rolled sheet where an aluminum alloy ingot having a prescribed alloy composition is subjected to rolling (S13, S14) to a prescribed sheet thickness, is thereafter subjected to solution treatment (S14), is further rapidly cooled and is subsequently subjected to pre-aging treatment (S16) of holding to the temperature range of 60 to 130°C for 0.5 to 12 hr to obtain an aluminum alloy rolled sheet, the aluminum alloy rolled sheet as the stock is subjected to warm molding (S17), in any timing between a series of the steps of performing the warm molding, the stock is held in the temperature range of 230 to 300°C for 5 min or lower, and, after the completion of the warm molding, coating baking treatment (S18) is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
