PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce crosstalk of a flexible substrate having a plurality of wiring patterns.SOLUTION: An optical module comprises: an optical modulator that has a plurality of electrodes, and modulates light using an electric signal to be input to the plurality of electrodes; and a flexibility flexible substrate that has a plurality of wiring pattern transmitting the electric signal to be input to each of the plurality of electrodes. The optical modulator has: a plurality of connection members that connects the plurality of electrodes and the plurality of wiring patterns; and a protrusion of a ground voltage which is arranged on a line segment connecting the mutually adjacent connection members and connects to the flexible substrate, and in which a size of a cross section in a vertical direction relative to the line segment is larger than a cross section of the connection member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
