PLASMONIC FILTER

摘要

A plasmonic filter for passing light of a predetermined filter wavelength is presented. The plasmonic filter comprises: a filter structure comprising first and second metal layers separated by a dielectric layer; and an array of holes extending through the filter structure. The holes have a diameter less than the filter wavelength, and the holes are filled with a dielectric material.
