Disclosed is a water cooling head for a water cooling type CPU heat radiator. The water cooling head comprises an upper housing, a bottom housing, an outer connecting pipe, and a water pump. The upper housing comprises a housing body part and an upper cover. The housing body part is provided with a first cavity. A water outlet is formed in the side wall of the housing body part. A water inlet is formed in the upper cover. Both the water inlet and the water outlet are in communication with the first cavity. The bottom housing is disposed at the lower end of the housing body part. The bottom housing is provided with a second cavity. A water supply opening and a water inlet opening that are in communication with the second cavity are separately formed in two sides of the bottom housing. The outer connecting pipe is disposed at outer sides of the upper housing and the bottom housing. Two ends of the outer connecting pipe are separately in communication with the water supply opening and the water inlet. The water pump comprises a motor provided with an electromagnetic coil and a rotor, and comprises an impeller. The rotor and the impeller are fixed together and are disposed in the first cavity. The electromagnetic coil is disposed between the housing body part and the bottom housing. The motor is used for driving the impeller to rotate. The water cooling head has an obvious heat radiation effect and low cost, is convenient to install, and has a wide application range.
