Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and a user equipment. The method comprises: a first user equipment sends an indication signal, the indication signal indicating a frequency resource number of one or more physical resources (S110); the first user equipment determines, according to the frequency resource number, a frequency resource occupied by a data signal (S120); and the first user equipment sends the data signal by using the frequency resource (S130). By means of the embodiments of the present invention, frequency diversity gains can be obtained. |
