Provided is a leg rest apparatus for a vehicle, comprising: a leg rest which is coupled to a front side of a seat cushion in a vehicle, and can be folded or unfolded upward by operating a driving portion; and a tilting portion of which one side is coupled to the leg rest, and the other side is coupled to the seat cushion, so that when the leg rest is unfolded, the leg rest is tilted forward at a predetermined angle. Accordingly, the interference of the leg rest and the seat cushion can be avoided.
