摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image acquisition device that allows a spectral camera in a fluctuation state to acquire a highly accurate optical spectrum image, and three-dimensional data with an optical spectral characteristic.SOLUTION: An image acquisition device comprises: a first camera 14 that acquires a video image composed of time-series continuous frame images; a second camera 15 that is in a known relationship with the first camera, and plurally acquires an optical spectrum image of a measurement object by sequentially switching a set wavelength; and an imaging control device 21. The first camera is configured to acquire the frame image in synchronization with an acquisition of the optical spectrum image by the second camera, and the imaging control device is configured to extract a plurality of feature points from one frame image; sequentially identify the feature point in the time series continuous frame image; perform image matching between the frame images on the basis of the feature point for the frame images corresponding to a plurality of optical spectrum images; synthesize the plurality of optical spectrum images on the basis of a condition obtained by the image matching; and generate a hyper-spectral image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
