PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation in an output frequency which is caused by protecting an IC chip to be mounted in a cavity of a container body, with organic resin, and to avoid the IC chip from being damaged which may be caused during mounting work of the IC chip.SOLUTION: In a piezoelectric device, an insulating protective sheet 8b is attached and fastened to a surface of an IC chip body 8a opposite to a surface which has bumps 9 connecting with a terminal pad of a circuit wiring pattern 7 provided on a bottom surface of a lower cavity 3 of a container body 1, and which is one surface of an IC chip 8 as a mounting surface to the container body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
