PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel evaporative gas purge system abnormality detector, capable of detecting the occurrence of leakage in a passage or the like connecting a purge control valve to an intake passage of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: Abnormality determination means of a fuel evaporative gas purge system determines whether the system is abnormal in a state in which evaporative fuel is pumped up by a purge pump and fed toward an intake passage of an internal combustion engine. The abnormality determination means detects a pressure in a first purge passage and determines whether the system is abnormal in response to the detected pressure in a determinable state in which a purge control valve is opened, a solenoid valve is closed, and the evaporative fuel is pumped up by the purge pump and fed to the intake passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
