1. An apparatus for displaying a collectible within an enclosure having an inside volume, said apparatus comprising:
a first frame member, said first frame member including at least three walls, wherein a first wall and a second wall of said at least three walls of said first frame member are adjacent and perpendicular to one another, wherein a third wall of said at least three walls of said first frame member includes a transparent portion; a second frame member having a first wall and a second wall, wherein said first and second wall of said second frame member are adjacent and perpendicular to one another, wherein said first wall of said second frame member has a transparent portion, wherein said first wall of said second frame member has a recess configured to engage said first wall of said at least three walls of said first frame member, and wherein said second wall of said second frame member is configured as a base supporting said first and second frame members on a horizontal surface; and at least one latch configured to secure said first frame member to said second frame member; wherein said first frame member mates with said second frame member in a first position to define said inside volume of said enclosure, such that substantially all of said inside volume is visible from substantially all of said enclosure's outer surface that is above said second wall of said second frame member, and wherein each one of said at least one latch includes a magnet and a metal object that engages said magnet to latch said first frame member to said second frame member, one of said magnet and said metal object attached to said first frame member, and an other one of said magnet and said metal object attached to said second frame member. |
