Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and a user equipment. The method comprises: a first user equipment acquires grouping information of time resources, the grouping information of the time resources comprising physical resource numbers of physical resources in N time resource groups, and N being a positive integer; the first user equipment sends an indication signal, the indication signal indicating one or more physical resource numbers; the first user equipment determines a time resource occupied by a data signal in the N time resource groups according to the grouping information of the time resources and the one or more physical resource numbers indicated by the indication signal; and the first user equipment sends the data signal by using the time resource occupied by the data signal in the N time resource groups. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, energy consumption of a receiving end can be reduced. |
