Provided are an organic light-emitting diode array substrate and a display device. The organic light-emitting diode array substrate comprises multiple organic light-emitting diodes. The organic light-emitting diodes comprise in a sequential arrangement an anode (1), a light-emitting layer (4), and a cathode (7). The light-emitting layer is divided into various colors and is constituted by host materials and guest materials doped in the host materials. The organic light-emitting diodes also comprise an exiton blocking layer (8) that is provided between the cathode and the light-emitting layer, in contact with the light-emitting layer, and constituted by one of the host materials of the light-emitting layer. Said host material has the greatest highest occupied molecular orbital energy level and triplet state energy level among all of the host materials of the light-emitting layer. |
