The purpose of the present invention is to extract, on the basis of personal purchase histories, variation factors which increase or decrease an assessed value of a product. The preference analysis system according to the present invention learns, from purchase histories, a preference model for evaluating personal purchase preference, then determines the correlation between at least one characteristic value which represents an attribute of a product and a mixed tendency attribute which can both increase and decrease an assessed value of the product, and thereby extracts other attributes of the product which change the mixed tendency attribute (see Fig. 6). |
