PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of reducing noise.SOLUTION: An embodiment of a photoelectric conversion device comprises a pixel 100 including a photoelectric conversion part 101, a reset transistor 102, and an amplification transistor 104 outputting a signal from the photoelectric conversion part 101. The photoelectric conversion part 101 comprises: a first electrode 201, a second electrode 209, a photoelectric conversion layer 205, and an insulating layer 207 formed between the photoelectric conversion layer 205 and the second electrode 209. Corresponding to a voltage between the first electrode 201 and the second electrode 209, the photoelectric conversion part alternately performs the storage operation and the discharge operation. In the discharge operations which are performed a plurality of times, the reset operations that the reset transistor 102 resets the voltage of the second electrode 209 are performed a plurality of times between the first discharge operation and subsequent second discharge operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
