PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer capable of surely discharging a foreign matter having entered a cover from a gap between a harness and a take-out port of the harness.SOLUTION: A foreign matter discharge hole 83 is provided at a position to be the lowermost of a cover 70 in a fitting state, and the size of the foreign matter discharge hole 83 is equal to or larger than the size of a gap between a take-out port 75 and a harness 36. Consequently, a foreign matter having entered the cover 70 can be surely discharged to the outside of the cover 70 from the foreign matter discharge hole 83.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
