A vehicle heating device comprising a heater body (10), a heater case (3, 4), and a plurality of protruding sections (43, 430). The heater body has a heat generation section (11) which generates heat by conducting electricity, and the heater body emits radiant heat by using the heat supplied from the heat generation section. The heater case is mounted to an inner mounting member (22) provided to a vehicle interior and houses the heater body. The plurality of protruding sections, which are provided to the heater case, protrude towards the back surface of the heater body and are positioned at the opposite side of the heater body from the front surface that opposes the vehicle interior. The heater body has: a heat generation area (110) to which the heat generation section is provided; and a non-heat generation area (111) to which the heat generation section is not provided. The heater body is supported by the heater case in the non-heat generation section and is installed such that the back surface is not in contact with the plurality of protruding sections in the heat generation area. |
