PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate press working of a yoke and to reduce variance in an electromagnetic attraction force since, when constituting the yoke by bending one plate, press working is not easy and a pair of flange parts formed in both ends of the one plate and opposing a movable plate are easy to be dislocated in a coil axial direction, such that variance in the electromagnetic attraction force may become great.SOLUTION: A yoke is formed from a plurality of plates 14, 15 so as to facilitate press working. The first plate 15 includes a yoke opposing plate part covering one end side of an excitation coil 12 in an axial direction and opposing the movable plate 16. Thus, the yoke opposing plate part is not formed in a divided shape in a view from the movable plate side, namely, since the yoke opposing plate part is formed from one plate and made continuous, conventional dislocation in the coil axial direction is prevented from occurring. Therefore, variance in the electromagnetic attraction force is reduced. |
