In the present invention, there is disclosed a peripheral sealing of rotary regenerative heat-exchange apparatus consisting of a labyrinth bar provided with labyrinth edges (3). Packing strips with a functional surface (6) form the second section of the sealing. One of the strips is fastened on a rotary body (4) while the other one is fastened on a stationary frame (5). Both the labyrinth bar and the elastic sealing strip (2) are made of plastic material. The labyrinth bar can consists of two bars coupled with each other by a clip-clap type joint (9). The functional surface (6) of the elastic sealing strip (2) is provided on its surface with a sliding layer. The elastic sealing strip (2) is provided with an expansion bellows (8) and a catch end (7). |
