The present invention relates to a three-dimensional plasmonic nanostructure and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the nanostructure comprises: a substrate containing at least one sort of compounds selected from the group composed of gallium nitride and silicone oxide; a nanowire formed on the substrate; and a plurality of metal nanoparticles attached onto a surface of the nanowire. In addition, the nanowire further comprises: a zinc oxide nanowire of which the diameter is 120-180 nm, and the height is 400-600 nm; or a carbon nanotube nanowire of which the diameter is 80-120 nm, and the height is 130-1,000 nm. |
